The Arizona list is a point-in-time release of the department's licensed business record (records obtained by public records request from the Office of Pest Management, 11 Sep 2026), not a live feed. Only rows OPM marked Active are published, and a row whose printed expiry date had already passed when the department cut the file is dropped rather than shown as licensed.

Registrations held by cities, towns, counties, state agencies, universities and school districts for their own in-house pest management are excluded, and so are rows whose printed licence expiry had already passed on the file date. The alias column names the licensee of record, which on a sole proprietorship or a partnership is an individual; those names are dropped at ingest and never published.
