What happens next
How we check you depends on what your state register publishes. Louisiana publishes an operator email, so the one-time link goes straight there. Arizona publishes a website, so you name a mailbox at that domain and the link goes there. The other registers publish neither, so a person here checks your email against the register before sending the link. It usually takes one working day.
A claimed file carries an “Updated by this company” stamp and lets you add a description, the services you actually run, your real service area and your contact details. Everything the register reports stays exactly as it has it, unedited and clearly separated from anything you add.
